- 1 head radicchio
- 3-4 figs
- Walnuts to taste
- 1 apple
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Wash, dry and cut the radicchio.
- Combine it on a plate with the figs (if you choose organic ones you can keep the peel) cut into small pieces, chopped walnuts and the apple peeled into slices.
- Before serving, season the salad with oil, salt, pepper and a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar glaze.
