FIG, WALNUT AND APPLE SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 head radicchio
  • 3-4 figs
  • Walnuts to taste
  • 1 apple
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method

  1. Wash, dry and cut the radicchio.
  2. Combine it on a plate with the figs (if you choose organic ones you can keep the peel) cut into small pieces, chopped walnuts and the apple peeled into slices.
  3. Before serving, season the salad with oil, salt, pepper and a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar glaze.
