Ingredients
- 1 bag of Totopos MEXIFOODS
- 4 ripe avocados
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 JALAPEÑOS MEXIFOODS
- Chopped coriander
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
Method
- Crush the jalapeños and onion, mixing it with the pulp of the avocados in a bowl and crushing it with a fork until creamy.
- Add the chopped and peeled tomato, coriander, lemon juice and oil.
- Mix thoroughly and put it to the point of salt.
- Serve it using the totopos as a base so that it looks like a couch.
