ENCHILADAS STUFFED WITH CHICKEN AND HOMEMADE SAUCE

Ingredients
- 8 corn tortillas TACOS MEXIFOODS
- 400 g of chicken
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 1 jar of homemade Mexican sauce Bio MEXIFOODS
- Salt
- Oil
Method
- Cook the chicken and, once cold, shred it.
- Fry in a pan the onion and pepper cut into pieces.
- Add the chicken, sauté everything and fill with it the tortillas previously passed through the pan.
- Heat the sauce and add it on top, although you can also place in the oven just before serving.
