ENCHILADAS STUFFED WITH CHICKEN AND HOMEMADE SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 8 corn tortillas TACOS MEXIFOODS
  • 400 g of chicken
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 jar of homemade Mexican sauce Bio MEXIFOODS
  • Salt
  • Oil

Method

  1. Cook the chicken and, once cold, shred it.
  2. Fry in a pan the onion and pepper cut into pieces.
  3. Add the chicken, sauté everything and fill with it the tortillas previously passed through the pan.
  4. Heat the sauce and add it on top, although you can also place in the oven just before serving.
